Yes. Flows are automated sequences triggered by behavior (cart abandon, purchase, browse). Campaigns are one-time or scheduled sends you plan and execute - product launches, sales, educational content. Most email revenue comes from campaigns, not flows.
Do I need Klaviyo specifically?
